Nicrocraft® Limited Warranty

Wall Colmonoy Corporation (WCC) warrants its NICROCRAFT new and overhauled aircraft parts against defects in material and workmanship under conditions of ordinary use and service for a period of three hundred and sixty-five (365) days, with unlimited hours of operation during this period. The warranty begins at the moment the unit is installed on the aircraft.

This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been installed improperly, or has been subject to misuse, neglect or has been damaged by accident by other means, or to any product which has been repaired, altered, or mutilated outside the company’s factory.

This warranty is non-transferable and valid on the original aircraft only.

Since WCC has no control over how the NICROCRAFT part(s) will actually be used, stored, handled or installed once they are shipped from our plant, WCC makes no warranties, express of implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond repairing the defective part, or replacing it with another NICROCRAFT part of the same part number, or refunding the purchase price, at the sole discretion of WCC. The recipient or user agrees to assume all risk and liability whatsoever for any incidental or consequential injury or damage to persons or property or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the sale, manufacture, delivery, handling or use of the NICROCRAFT part(s), even if same is caused by WCC’s negligence, error or oversight. The responsibility of WCC for claims arising out of breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise is limited to the purchase price of the material. This warranty is a final complete and exclusive statement of warranty. WCC neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale or use of its NICROCRAFT part(s) other than that stated above.

Any part to be considered for warranty repair must be returned to the company’s factory with transportation charges prepaid. The company shall be sole judge of defects in products returned. No product shall be returned without prior written approval of the company.

The Serviceable Part Tag applicable to part in question must be returned with the part.

The Product Warranty Card must be filled out completely and returned to Wall Colmonoy Corporation within five (5) days of the parts installation. If the Product Warranty Card is not received at Wall Colmonoy Corporation’s facility within ten (10) days of installation, the warranty is void. This card is to be filled out by the customer or his agent at the time of installation.

Wall Colmonoy reserves the right to make changes in design and additions to or improvements in its product at any time without imposing liability on itself to install the same in any product manufactured prior thereto.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
