Rick Rackley has been promoted to the position of Director of Quality for the
Wall Colmonoy (WCC) Aerospace Group. The WCC Aerospace Group is comprised of the
Oklahoma City, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio facilities.

Rick had 17 years work experience in quality management, before joining the WCC
team. He has been the Quality Manager/Safety Officer for the WCC Oklahoma City
facility for the past seven years, and was instrumental in obtaining ISO 9001:2000
certification for that location.

WCC operates two FAA repair station facilities, and is a leading manufacturer in high-
temperature, nickel-base brazing and coating alloys.

Special Announcement

The WCC Corporate Offices and World Headquarters have moved to a new, updated facility at
101 West Girard, Madison Heights, MI 48071-1880.



The new facility houses the Executive Offices, Accounting Department, Alloy Products Sales and
Customer Service Department, Corporate Purchasing, and Marketing. The phone and FAX numbers
remain the same, as well as the P.O. Box number for remittances.

March, 2007

The Aerospace Technologies Group of Wall Colmonoy Corporation in Oklahoma City,
OK has completed a plant expansion with the addition of a new 7,800 square
foot building. The building will be used to inventory and prepare raw materials
as well as housing their shipping department.

As part of the plant expansion, Wall Colmonoy Corporation has installed a new water
jet machine to cut many of the stainless steel components used in the
aerospace and heat exchanger products manufactured at their facility. This dual
cutting head machine has a bed size of 13’ X 6’.

Wall Colmonoy Corporation is pleased to announce that Lydia Lee has accepted the
position of Asian Business Manager for their Alloy Products Group, based at their
corporate offices in Madison Heights, MI.

Ms Lee received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Engineering from Tianjin
University, China and her MBA from Tulane University, Louisiana. She has extensive
experience in the area of Asian business development and both the importing and
exporting of industrial equipment and supplies.

She will be concentrating on expanding the company’s customer base in the Asian
industrial marketplace.

Revised Literature Available: Technical Data Sheet on Colmonoy 63HV

Data sheet number Ni 3.6 for Colmonoy® No. 63HV hard surfacing alloy has just been
revised, and now includes additional information such as coating characteristics and spray
parameters. Colmonoy 63HV is sized exclusively for high-velocity-oxygen fuel thermal-spray
systems, with a hardness range of 58-61 HRC.

New Literature Available: Technical Data Sheet on Nicrobraz 31
Brazing Filler Metal

Madison Hts., MI -- Wall Colmonoy Corporation announces release of a new data sheet
on their Nicrobraz 31 brazing filler metal. Information provided includes data on burst
strength, composition, brazing range, oxidation resistance, and application methods.

Nicrobraz 31 is especially well suited for brazing applications where oxidation and
corrosion resistance is required, such as heat exchangers, exhaust gas recirculator (EGR)
coolers, honeycomb structures and oil coolers, to name a few.

Morris Warino is the newly appointed Business Development Manager for Wall
Colmonoy (WCC), Oklahoma City, which is part of the WCC Aeronautical and
Aerospace Group.
Morris earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Kent State University.
He gained seventeen years of marketing and sales experience as the National Sales
Manager for a manufacturer of industrial process instrumentation.
He will be drawing on his experience with, and exposure to, many industrial processes
and engineering disciplines in identifying new opportunities for WCC Oklahoma City.

The Board of Directors has elected John Sturch to the position of Vice President of the
Wall Colmonoy Aeronautical and Aerospace group. John, who has more than thirty
years of service with Wall Colmonoy, was most recently the General Manager of their
Oklahoma City Business Unit.

John will be responsible for business development and growth for the Wall Colmonoy
FAA licensed repair stations in Oklahoma City and San Antonio.

David B Ziegler was recently appointed to the position of Manager of New Business Development
for the Wall Colmonoy Corporation, Dayton Business Unit.  David has 15 years of sales
experience in the metals and automotive industries. For the past eight years, he was the Manager
of Sales and Marketing for a major automotive-heat-exchanger manufacturer.

He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at
West Point, New York. Upon graduation, David was commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer and
served a total of 9 years of active and reserve duty. Dave currently resides in Kettering Ohio and
has a son in his second year of Civil Engineering at Ohio University, Athens.

ROBERT L. PEASLEE SELECTED FOR

"INTERVIEW WITH A LEGEND"

Robert L. Peaslee has been selected as this year's interviewee for the annual Interview with a
Legend S
ession, to be held at the FABTECH & AWS Welding Show, November 13-16, 2005 at
McCormick Place, Chicago, IL.

Robert Peaslee earned his degree in chemical engineering at the University of Cincinnati, and
began working at Curtiss Wright Corporation as a metallurgist and welding engineer, where he
developed the process known as "diffusion brazing".

He joined Wall Colmonoy in 1950, where he developed and promoted nickel-base filler metals for
high-temperature brazing. He also established the first Wall Colmonoy Processing plant for
brazing of aircraft components; this later expanded to eight facilities.

Through the years, he has had great influence on the brazing industry, through his various roles
as inventor, organizer, author and teacher.

His Q and A column appears in the AWS Welding Journal, and a book has been published which
is a compilation of the articles over a ten-year period. The book entitled Brazing Footprints: Case
Studies in High-Temperature Brazing is available from Wall Colmonoy. (Brazing Footprints order
form is posted on www.wallcolmonoy.com).

He established the Wall Colmonoy "Modern Furnace Brazing" course over thirty years ago, and
continues as one of the main instructors. This class is offered each Spring and Fall. Details are

Robert Peaslee is Vice President Emeritus of Wall Colmonoy and currently serves as consultant
at the company's corporate offices in Madison Heights, MI.

Wall Colmonoy’s Modern Furnace Brazing Course to Help Technical Professionals Solve
Metal-Joining Problems, Reduce Manufacturing Costs 

Madison Heights, Michigan Design, metallurgical and production engineers are invited to take
advantage of Wall Colmonoy’s expertise and practical experience in the field of brazing in an
intensive three-day training course entitled “Modern Furnace Brazing.” The course takes place
November 2-4, 2005 in Madison Heights, Michigan. 

The Modern Furnace Brazing Course, now in its 35th year, was developed to assist brazing
professionals with metal-joining problems and thereby reduce their manufacturing costs.  The
same recognized leaders in brazing technology who developed the course will present the
curriculum: Robert Peaslee, Amit Jain, and David Bielec are recognized leaders in brazing
technology. 

The course covers detailed information and insights on brazing atmospheres, brazing filler
metals, design, metallurgy and part processing considerations in furnace brazing.  It will cover
such topics as joint selection, interaction of base and filler metals, the role of protective
atmospheres, joint preparation, fixturing and quality control.  The final day will be devoted to
problem-solving, so participants are encouraged to bring sample parts, prints and test data.

Promotion at Los Lunas Facility 

Daniel Nazzarett has been promoted to General Manager of the Wall Colmonoy alloy manufacturing
facility in Los Lunas, New Mexico.

Daniel, an employee of Wall Colmonoy since 1975, most recently held the position of Plant Manager. 

Daniel has responsibility of supervising all functions at the facility, including operations, quality,
maintenance, safety, training and engineering.   

 Daniel looks forward to "contributing to the continuous improvement in all facets of the operation, to help
manufacture a quality product, in order to grow and remain profitable".  Daniel feels strongly about his
responsibility to employees and their families, a sentiment that W.P. Clark Sr. expressed to him over
twenty years ago; that he has never forgotten.

Wall Colmonoy Materials Testing Laboratory Announces Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025
and SAE AS7101 Standards

Madison Heights, Michigan—Wall Colmonoy Corporation announces the accreditation of its
materials testing laboratory for Nadcap certification. In addition to the Nadcap re-accreditation,
the materials testing laboratory also demonstrated conformance and was awarded accreditation
to the international standard ISO/IEC 17025.

The scope of the accreditation includes the following testing services, Ni Base:

·        Atomic Emission Spectroscopy—Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP)

·        Elemental Analysis of Carbon, Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Sulfur

·        Atomic Absorption – Graphite Furnace

Wall Colmonoy Corporation Appoints Products Group Inside Sales Manager

Madison Heights, Michigan— Wall Colmonoy Corporation announces the appointment of Craig
Johnson to the position of Inside Sales Manager for the Colmonoy® hard surfacing and
Nicrobraz® brazing Products Group.

Johnson, formerly Materials and Purchasing Manager, has worked for WCC for 16 years.  In his
new position, he will continue to oversee the corporate purchasing function, as well as take on the
new responsibilities of
inside sales, which includes supervising the Customer Service Department
located at the Madison Heights corporate office.

The Customer Service Department serves the products customers for WCC’s Colmonoy hard
surfacing and Nicrobraz brazing alloys. Colmonoy and Nicrobraz alloys are manufactured at
Wall Colmonoy’s Los Lunas (Albuquerque), New Mexico foundry.

Wall Colmonoy Oklahoma City Recognized by Cessna as a Quality “1” Supplier for Aircraft
Exhaust Systems in 2003

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma— Wall Colmonoy Oklahoma City has received a top rating of “1” or
“outstanding” in quality for 2003 from Cessna Aircraft Company’s Supplier Tracking and
Reporting System (STARS 2000).

Wall Colmonoy Oklahoma City is the official supplier of aircraft exhaust systems for the Cessna
single engine piston aircraft division located in Independence, Kansas.  The models of aircraft
that Wall Colmonoy supports include the Cessna 172, 182 and 206. 

Wall Colmonoy Oklahoma City supplies exhaust systems to many general aviation aircraft and
engine manufacturers.  The manufacturing plant is a registered ISO 9001:2000 facility and FAA
Repair Station # BG2R715K.  Wall Colmonoy Corporation, headquartered in Madison Heights,

New Literature Available:  Colmonoy Alloy Selector Charts
Updated Tech-1J and New PTA/HVOF Tech-1 Now Available

Madison Heights, MichiganTwo updated, hardsurfacing alloy selector charts are now available
from Wall Colmonoy Corporation. The charts cover Colmonoy nickel-based alloys and are
contained in two 4-page technical data sheets designated Tech-1J and PTA/HVOF Tech-1.

The Colmonoy Alloy Selector Chart is the industry standard for technical information on
hardfacing nickel-based Colmonoy alloys.  A secondary Colmonoy Alloy Selector Chart
containing information on PTA and HVOF alloys is being introduced for the first time.   

The Tech-1J data sheet has detailed information on the chemical and physical properties of 33
Colmonoy alloys. The PTA/HVOF Tech-1 Alloy Selector chart contains an additional 10 PTA and
7 HVOF alloys. Supplied forms, methods of application, descriptions and typical uses are also provided.

Colmonoy alloys are manufactured to ISO 9001: 2000 standards. Upon request, a Certificate of
Quality Conformance will be provided.
