Wall Colmonoy Corporation has a long history of leadership solving the most difficult metals problems. We have a half-century of experience manufacturing and overhauling aerospace components.

Wall Colmonoy is a Small, Disabled-Veteran Owned Business and qualified for appropriate consideration.

Primary aerospace expertise: The overhaul of stationary components in the compressor, combustion and turbine sections of turbine engines.

Additional aerospace experience: Overhauling components for the augmentor/afterburner section of engines that use them.

We have developed many engine and airframe component repair processes. During the 60’s and 70’s we repaired turbine engine components for 70% of the U.S. military aircraft flown in Vietnam.

Design: Engineering and prototyping of complex assemblies
Heat transfer technology: Design, prototype, manufacture and overhaul of tube and shell and fin and plate type heat exchangers.
CNC machining: of difficult alloys including the super alloys used in turbine engine construction.
Sheet metal: All types. WCC is the world’s largest manufacturer of aircraft exhaust systems.
Brazing and heat treating: Including small and very large parts.
Welding: Our welders are certified to military and aerospace standards. We excel in the welding of superalloys and thin material down to .005” thick.
Materials: Stainless steels, superalloys, aluminum, magnesium, titanium, precipitation hardening steels, copper and carbon steels.
