Interior
exhaust part surfaces deteriorate faster than outer surfaces. The
Nicrocraft overall process requires removal of end plates in order to
inspect for hidden internal damage.

Broken baffle segments can dislodge and block exhaust flow.
Our engineers have made many design improvements in this critical area.
Many Nicrocraft components are manufactured from high-temperature
Inconel material for longer service life.
- To ensure proper alignment, all Nicrocraft parts are checked on
precision jigs during processing.
- All Nicrocraft new and overhauled parts are furnace stress-relieved
to reduce the risk of stress cracking and increase the overall corrosion
resistance of the material.
- Exhaust system failures can cause carbon monoxide poisoning, loss of
engine power and even fire. This is why we subject Nicrocraft
parts to rigid leak testing.
