Robert has over 15 years in the industry working at Morgan Advanced Materials Plc and Tata Steel. He is a Professional Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining and a Chartered Engineer.

PhD, BEng (Hons) and MRes, Material Science and Engineering
A strong academic and industrial background within the field of material science and engineering, Alun provides technical support in vacuum brazing, hard surfacing and components. Working at WCL for 6 years, Alun is involved in new product developments within the business, as well as focusing on product and process improvements.

Artur. M. Osmanda, Manager Alloy R&D
Dipl.-Ing, Mechanical and Materials Engineering
Artur is involved in all technical aspects of the business including vacuum brazing and hard surfacing related projects, product development and technical support. Formerly, Artur was a Member of the research staff at the Chair for Materials Engineering at the Technical University of Dortmund (Germany) for 6 years, and in charge of the department of joining technologies, including brazing processes.

Keith Birmingham, Senior Welding Engineer, UK
Aerobraze
Keith has over 28 years' experience in the Aerospace industry including 15 years as an aircraft repair engineer for Saudi Arabian Airlines. He has worked with Rolls-Royce on a number of their key engine programmes including the Trent 1000, XWB & EJ200. He also has extensive global experience in supporting other major OEM`s involved in nuclear and IGT`s.
At Wall Colmonoy Aerobraze, Keith provides aircraft welder training courses where all alloy systems are covered including supernickel and titanium. Supporting the Aerobraze Sales and Product Development Teams, he liaises closely with UK universities involved in new materials and new additive manufacturing processes. Keith sits on the TIG Council which is linked to the National Metals Technology Centre.
