The new ERP is both an investment in a new integrated system and an improvement of our business processes. It is a strategic step for us, as it will set our foundation for further growth. Moving forward the new system will provide you with better customer service making the ordering experience, from quoting to final shipment, more efficient and effective.
Along with the improved efficiencies, the new system is designed to align our processes to global standards. This alignment includes changing the units of measure for our products and materials to the Metric System.
