Wall Colmonoy’s standard - Colmonoy®, Wallex™, Colferoloy® and custom range of Surfacing Alloys are applied by Surfacing or Thermal Spray Processes. Our alloys maximize performance and extend the useful life of engineered components for such global industries as Glass Container, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Energy and Transportation.
Our alloys are available as powder and rods in a full range of sizes and specifications.
Colmonoy® - Nickel-based Alloys; Powder and Rods
The Colmonoy family of nickel powder and nickel rods offer superior wear protection, retaining their hardness up to 600ºC (1000ºF) with significant resistance to oxidation.
Wallex™ - Cobalt-based Alloys; Powder
These cobalt alloys have excellent wear and corrosion resistance and can withstand elevated temperatures.
Colferoloy® - Iron-based Alloys: Powder
Colferoloy is an important addition to Wall Colmonoy’s wear solution products range. These alloys may be applied by PTA welding and HVOF spray and are formulated to meet a wide range of applications.
Customer-specific alloys
Many customers have applications that require specific alloys in order to achieve required coating properties. Wall Colmonoy’s expert technical team and state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities work with customers to meet specific requirements. Powders can be Gas or Water atomized and produced to specific alloy formulations.

Wall Colmonoy also custom formulates powder particle distribution size and chemical analysis of these products to suit specific requirements.
