Colmonoy Spraywelder™

Designed to apply hardsurfacing powders quickly and evenly, the Colmonoy Spraywelder offers numerous production advantages:

• High transfer efficiency (up to 98% efficient) reduces wasted powder and overspray related costs
• Close tolerance control assures consistent results for critical applications
• Applicable to a wide range of alloys including spray-and-fuse and metallizing powders.

The Spraywelder consists of the pistol, control panel and connecting hoses, including reverse flow check valves. The control panel holds the powder hopper, carburetor, and pressure/flow controls.
