Aerobraze, a specialised business unit of Wall Colmonoy Limited (UK), will be exhibiting at MRO Europe Stand #355 at ExCeL London, London, UK – 3-5 October 2017.
WCL’s Aerobraze Engineered Technologies (AET) business unit is an aviation standard repair facility accredited to ISO9001:2015, AS9100:Rev.D, Rolls-Royce and other customer specific approvals.
Aerobraze will be promoting their weld and braze repair solutions for high value parts, which extend component life and reduce operating expense for OEMs, Primes and Tier 1’s. Applications include bearings, blades, honeycomb, nozzles, rings and shafts for Civil, Military and Marine Gas Turbines.
AET has Rolls-Royce and Nadcap accreditation for Brazing, Heat Treatment & Welding, providing bespoke MRO repair and modification solutions on high value components to OEMs, working with supernickel and single-crystal alloys for civil, military & marine turbines.
AET offers specialist services and expertise in thermal coating by HVOF, PTA, Spray/Fuse and Laser Cladding; vacuum brazing, vacuum heat treatment, hydrogen cleaning and specialized welding.
Aerobraze UK is located in South Wales, and will be co-exhibiting with several other welsh companies as part of the Welsh Government Stand #355.
