With over 50 years of experience and 5 in-house vacuum furnaces, Wall Colmonoy are uniquely placed as experts in vacuum brazing.

All furnaces, except V3, work to a temperature range of 550°C (1022°F) – 1200°C (2192°F). V3 furnace has a working temperature range of up to 1315°C (2399°F).

Leak testing

A brazed joint has to be leak free each and every time. Wall Colmonoy has extensive experience of leak-testing and has developed methodologies to ensure high-quality brazed joints.

Brazing School
