Wall Colmonoy OKC specializes in the manufacture of new design and overhaul of Fin & Plate Type Heat Transfer Equipment for Aerospace and Industrial applications.
In 1950, Wall Colmonoy developed Nicrobraz® and pioneered high temperature furnace brazing, which is used extensively in the heat exchanger manufacturing process.
Following this, we developed the very first heat exchanger overhaul procedure. Today, Nicrobraz® and the next generations of processes and procedures are used extensively in heat exchanger manufacture and overhaul. Wall Colmonoy continues to develop its brazing and manufacturing expertise resulting in increased efficiencies, significant cost savings and performance improvements.
Applications include but not limited to:
Assemblies manufactured and overhauled to meet stringent U.S. military requirements including operation under environmentally extreme conditions from -65 to 1650°F (-54 to 900°C) and complex non-military applications. Corrosion durable assemblies resist cracking and failure over long-term use.
Wall Colmonoy OKC’s process capabilities for stainless steel and Inconel heat exchangers on military aircraft include in-house fin manufacturing; in-house metal stamping and forming; and in-house brazing and heat treating. Wall Colmonoy Aerobraze is also capable of supporting aluminum heat exchangers for commercial and military aircraft.
Wall Colmonoy Oklahoma City specializes in the manufacture and overhaul of the Fin & Plate configuration F-15 Primary Heat Exchangers.
Wall Colmonoy OKC’s brazing and manufacturing expertise has resulted in increased efficiencies and significant cost savings in maintaining and extending the life of critical F-15 operations for the US Air Force (USAF).
Wall Colmonoy developed the first heat exchanger re-core procedures for the US Air Force (USAF), and has overhauled 2,400+ Heat Exchangers for the USAF. Wall Colmonoy built on its experience with the re-core of Heat Exchangers to develop its own design and manufacturing processes for the Fin & Plate configuration F-15 Primary Heat Exchanger, and became a USAF-approved source for Both Manufacture and Overhaul of this part.
Wall Colmonoy OKC has manufactured more than 500 F-15 Fin & Plate Heat Exchangers for DLA (USAF) & Foreign Military Services (FMS).

Wall Colmonoy Aerobraze overhauls and re-core F-16 Primary/Secondary Heat Exchangers. In the 1990s, Wall Colmonoy Aerobraze developed the Overhaul / Re-Core process for the US Air Force (USAF) and is a US Air Force (USAF) Approved Contractor.
Capabilities include in-house manufacturing of all core details including fin material, high volume capacity for Inconel cores, and shelf stock inventory of ready-to-use replacement cores to support quick turnaround times for FMS Community. Overhaul / Re-Core pricing for FMS users available upon request.
